Olive Store is a private merchant management platform — not a public marketplace. Access is restricted to authorized users only: Administrators and pre-approved Merchants.

The platform operates with two distinct roles:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts showing signs of unauthorized use.

Users agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin features.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's services.
• Upload or transmit malicious content of any kind.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation within the app.

• Product listings, prices, and availability are managed by authorized personnel.
• Orders placed are subject to confirmation and availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders at our discretion.
• Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of orders they submit.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — Merchant or Admin — that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Merchants whose accounts are deleted by the Administrator lose access immediately.

Olive Store is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including data loss or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.

يوافق المستخدمون على عدم:

• استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو غير مصرح به.
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى ميزات المسؤول.
• التدخل في خدمات المنصة أو تعطيلها.
• تحميل أو نقل أي محتوى ضار.
• انتحال الهوية أو التحالف داخل التطبيق.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب ينتهك هذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق. يفقد التجار الوصول فورًا عند حذف حساباتهم من قبل المسؤول.

• To authenticate and authorize access to the app.
• To manage merchant accounts and store data.
• To process and fulfill orders placed through the platform.
• To improve app performance and fix technical issues.
• To communicate important updates about your account.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in these limited cases:

• Service Providers: Trusted hosting providers who help operate the platform under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or court order.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. When a merchant account is deleted by the Administrator, associated personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
• Objection: Object to certain types of data processing.

Olive Store is intended for business use only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform, please contact us immediately.

The app may use local storage or session tokens to maintain your login session and remember preferences (such as language). These are not used for tracking or advertising.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
